Topaz with RARE Green Fluorite inclusion

The sherry colored Topaz crystals from Pakistan are some of the finest examples of the species from any locality in the last 30+ years. These crystals are often good sized, with excellent crystallization, luster and that beautiful color. Most of the time, these crystals are found as loose single, with no associations, but you'll occasionally find them with Quartz or Albite, and rarely FLUORITE. This piece is a rarely seen example featuring a light green color Fluorite crystal complete included INSIDE the sharp, lustrous, gemmy Topaz! You can clearly see the little Fluorite both with backlighting and in reflected light. While neither Topaz nor Fluorite would be considered rare minerals, the occurrence of a Fluorite crystal included inside of a Topaz is considerably hard to find in my experience. It's difficult to put a fair market value on a piece like this, but if you're a fan of minerals with interesting inclusions, do NOT pass up the chance to get your hands on this one. It should be noted that these Topaz crystals can fade to colorless when exposed to light, so it's best to keep them stored in a box to preserve their color.
