Topaz, Quartz & Feldspar (New Find)

Stunning large combination from a NEW 2023 FIND from Dassu, Pakistan. TWO crystals highlight this fantastic sculptural specimen. First is the surreal dominating bi-colored 5.6 cm quartz crystal. The lustrous, translucent terminated smoky quartz crystal underwent a dramatic chemistry change and is crowned by a sharply terminated translucent quartz crystal. You can see the smoky termination inside on the side of the white quartz crystal. Nicely offset is the classic Dassu champagne-colored, gem, 2.8 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm, blocky topaz crystal. The sculptural bone-white feldspar matrix hosts another small topaz crystal and more quartz crystals on the sides. The single crystal on the left side is 4.9 cm and doubly terminated. The intergrown quartz crystals on the right side are 6.6 cm across. The slender 3.0 cm muscovite book in the foreground on the feldspar plus the additional quartz crystals on the front and back are excellent complements. An exceptional, very aesthetic and highly unusual quartz, topaz, feldspar and muscovite combination from Dassu.
