Item Description

Topaz specimens from this historic German locality are a much sought-after European classic. Two, gem, light straw-yellow, terminated topaz crystals are nicely set amidst the quartz point forest on the banded gneiss matrix. Smaller crystals and crystal sections scattered about are a nice accent. The stand-up topaz is 1.1 cm long and the flat lying topaz is 1.4 cm long. Excellent, old-time material from the Bob Trimingham Collection. An fine combination specimen from this famous locale.
