Item Description
Sharp and gemmy crystals to 2.7 cm grace this miniature sized matrix topaz specimen from a classic Mexican locality. While we see many singles, we see few on matrix. This probably came out in the 1950s-1970 range. It is from the important Mexican miniatures suite of Bill Panczner, also the author of the still-definitive book MINERALS OF MEXICO (1987) in addition to a major collector in his day.
