Topaz on Quartz

Item Description

An attractive combo specimen featuring prismatic, colorless, sharp, lustrous gem quality crystals of Quartz measuring up to 2.7 cm with little crystals of Topaz that measure up to 6 mm. If you look closely, the little orange clusters on the specimen contain tiny Topaz crystals, but there are also very pale blue solitary Topaz crystals on the piece as well. An interesting and somewhat unusual association specimen from an undisclosed pegmatite in the Erongo Mountains of Namibia.
