Item Description

A beautiful natural light blue color gemmy crystal of Topaz from Itinga with alternating etched faces and smooth faces. The piece is partially hollowed in the center, and has a graceful ethereal appearance! It's quite gemmy in areas, while other places are more translucent. The etching patterns almost look organic, and the piece has gentle swirling "grooves" and "valleys" all over. I can't really see any damage or a point of attachment, so I'm calling it a complete "floater". Beautiful three-dimensioanl form, which allows the piece to be displayed from several angles. A wonderful full sized thumbnail of this classic Brazil material. Weight is 10.84 grams. Valued at $350.
