Item Description

The famous "sherry" colored Topaz crystals from the Thomas Range in Utah are iconic examples of this well-known gem crystal species. This piece features a couple fine, sharp, GEMMY, attractive sherry colored, lustrous, prismatic crystals of Topaz flaring out of the underlying rhyolite matrix. The piece is complete all around, with no real damage I can see with the naked eye, just some incomplete growth where the crystals were grown into the matrix. A wonderful display specimen of this highly desirable, classic gorgeous material.
