Topaz is found in many environments, on every continent in the world. These stones occur is a wide range of colors as well. This stone is a beautiful, very pale sherry colored gem (almost like a pastel "Imperial Topaz"), with an attractive "Emerald" cut. What's really interesting is that this stone is from Mexico, where we don't see a lot of gem quality Topaz. The stone is very slightly included, and the rare color makes it very attractive. Please note that sometimes these gems can fade with exposure to sunlight, keep this in mind when bidding. A cool gem that could fill a spot in your collection, as I'm sure most of you don't have a Topaz from Mexico in this color.
