Here we have a classic oale blue Topaz crystal with rather sharp faces, good transparency, and textbook form. There are some unknown black inclusions floating inside the crystal, which could be another species or just some basic oxide. Brazil has long produced some of the finest Topaz specimens extant. The piece is in amazingly great shape overall, and would make a nice addition to a gem crystal suite. Good quality Brazil Topaz specimens are always in demand.
