Excellent, single crystal of gem-clear Topaz from the famous Klein Spitzkopje. Most of the faces are completely transparent, with a few being slightly frosted, which provide good contrast and depth. The chisel-point termination is quite complex, and has an almost watery appearance due to the many small, stepped and scalloped faces. Interestingly, the base has been re-healed, and has a similar watery look to it. This appearance is very similar the the famous, and very limited in number, Aquas that came out of Pakistan about a decade ago. At 69 g, this is an attractive and impressive Topaz in every way. valued $400
