Item Description

Totally gemmy, this fine, single Topaz crystal is from the famous Namibian locality of Klein Spitzkopje. Water-clear, the faces are glassy and lustrous, with an attractive termination that is more complex than the norm. The Topaz is well-formed, and the microscopic chatter along the edges, the result of difficult, tight-quartered, hard rock mining, has virtually no effect on the excellent aesthetics of this crystal. Weighing in at 18 g, this is a highly-representative example of the Topaz specimens from Klein Spitzkopje, which are iconic for their superior quality, form and gemminess.
