Titanite (twin)

Item Description

Tormiq is one of the classic Titanite localities in Pakistan, and this area has produced some top quality crystals of the species, especially some killer twins. These are "Alpine-type" Titanite crystals, and the would be worth a great deal to any Alpine collector if there were found in Austria, Italy or Switzerland. This specimen features a very pronounced, sharp, lustrous, bright green color, twinned crystal of Titanite with Adularia and minor Clinochlore on matrix. This specimen is a very attractive miniature and these pieces are some of the most difficult to obtain from Pakistan.
