Item Description
A classic Austrian Titanite specimen from the Hollersbachtal (now listed as Hollersbach im Pinzgau on mindat.org) featuring a sharp, well-formed, light green colored twinned crystal measuring 1.2 cm, associated with many smaller Titanite twin, along with metallic silvery-grey Hematite and hexagonal group of Clinochlore on K Feldspar (var: Adularia) on matrix. The main Titanite is in good shape, though not 100% pristine. Austrian Titanite specimens are counted as some of the best Titanites from any Alpine locality in Europe.
