Item Description

Two intergrown, gemmy, translucent, doubly terminated, wedge-shaped golden-yellow titanite crystals, to 1.0 cm, are aesthetically set in the crystallized dolerite (subvolcanic) matrix from this well-known Spanish road metal quarry. A high quality specimen, with large for the locale titanites. Ex Raul Sanbria Collection and acquired in April, 1999.
