Thomsonite on Stilbite (rare)

Item Description

Thomsonite, a Zeolite Group species, is VERY RARE from Jalgaon, compared to abundant stilbite and apophyllite and is found ONLY at less well-known Shendurni. This aesthetic and rare for the locale combintion features an impressive and pristine spiky white thomsonite 'ball' resting on one side on pearlescent, flesh-colored stilbite blades. Another bladed stilbite cluster on one side adds contrast and pizzazz. This is a beautifully balanced combination of this uncommon species from this less well-known Jalgaon locale.
