Tetrahedrite and Quartz

Item Description

Splendant, mountainous, cluster of attractive Tetrahedrite crystals, along with small Quartz crystals. The Tetrahedrite has superb luster, and an unusual brassy-tinted metallic gray color. The crystals merge and converge into terminations that look for all the world like sharp, uplifted mountains. The stepped faces dramatically enhance that image. The largest Quartz, gemmy and sharp, is about .4 cm, while the largest of the Tetrahedrites is about 1.6 cm. A very fine miniature.
