Item Description

Sharp, pyramidal, steel-gray, tennantite crystals are richly and aesthetically strewn on the CABINET matrix on this showy and excellent specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. Lustrous, gray, dolomite rhombs are a nice compliment. The pristine crystal at the top is 2.6 cm. A bit of scattered bruising is noted, but nothing to detraction. This is a highly displayable piece with fairly large crystals. Older material from this renowned locale. Valued $1000-1500. Ex Wes Parker Collection.
