Item Description
Tennantite is rare from the famous mines at Butte. This rich and showy specimen is comprised solidly of splendent, sharp, sooty-gray, tetrahedra to 1.0 cm. The matrix on the back includes lustrous, golden, pyrite and what looks to be iridescent bornite microcrystals. Excellent and very uncommon material from the Steward Mine. Much better in person!
