Item Description
Please note: This specimen came labeled as coming from the "Candelaria Mine", but it's almost certainly from the Moctezuma Mine as it's identical to the many specimens we've seen from there. This thumbnail sized specimen features a small Quartz lined vug hosts a few small, sharp, lustrous, gemmy rich yellow colored prisms of Tellurite. A great micro specimen for any fan of rarities or tellurium minerals. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#8241). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
