Item Description
A fascinating and aesthetic parallel-growth pair of classic "Himalaya pink" elbaite crystals from this famed locale. The gemmy, lustrous, well-striated crystals have rich pink color. As you can see, the large crystal was broken, bent and rehealed multiplte times. The side car was unaffected by the pocket forces. The very glassy termination is partially rehealed. Clusters of cleavelandite blades and a single, hard-to-see, tiny lavender lepidolite crystals are nifty accents. A striking and unusual, pristine, 360-degree tourmaline. 23 grams mass. Valued at $1000-1200.
