Splendent, lamellar teallite lathes cover all six three sides of this very rich specimen of solid teallite. Teallite is a rare Pb-Sn sulfosalt and this about the richest and finest example of the species we have offered at auction. The lathes reach an impressive 3.2 cm on this piece. Mineral specimens of any type are uncommon from this less well-known district. Very rare in this richness and quality, this piece has superb crystals on four sides.
