Item Description
Mont Saint-Hilaire is one of the great species-producing localities in the world, with many distinctive / unique species, associations and paragenesis. This piece features Synchisite-(Ce) pseudomorphing after Remondite, associated with pseudo-hexagonal groups of Donnayite-(Y). After doing some research, I cannot find a piece quite like this one, but that's not unusual for MSH, as there have been many singular finds that produced specimens that were never seen again.
