Item Description

A superb, complete all-around, textbook, scheelite octahedron from recent Chinese finds. The color is a very rich, golden-amber with strong hints of orange on this highly lustrous, translucent crystal. Embedded muscovite blades are present at the double termination. The unretouched backlit photos really highlight the striking color saturations on this stunning translucent crystal. Very nearly pristine, with only the contact on one corner and very trivial edgewear. Excellent white fluorescence. This is a major spiker for this auction, valued at $2000-2500.
