An impressive, CABINET cluster of sparkling, drusy quartz after large, sharp barite crystals from Ouray. The large blade is 9.7 x 7.3 cm. This is a very fine and important Colorado pseudo, from the Dr. Ed David Collection. Complete all-around and pristine, every turn presents a different and interesting perspective. The base reveals the hollow cast after the large barite blade! Very nifty. Collected by well-known Colorado collector, Barb Muntyan in 1992 from the DS Pocket. An outstanding San Juan pseudo, very seldom available in this quality! Valued at $1000-1500. We found a flat in the move of more Ed David specimens from our 2005 purchase of much of his current collection
