Item Description
Juicy, translucent, butterscotch-colored, pseudocubic wulfenite crystals to 9 mm are festooned on the sculptural, vuggy, boxwork, gossan matrix on this superb specimen from the 2008 find at the famous Mina Ojuela. The piece is from the second major Mexican wulfenite find, since the San Francisco wulfies in the mid-90s. The exact mine location is Level 6, San Juan Poniente vein. I obtained this killer back in a recent trade. It is in the top tier for crystal quality and overal aesthetics from this lot. Fairly valued at $1250-1500.
