Two opposing artistically intergrown limpid quartz crystals look like faceted jewels perched on a stalk of smaller crystals on this very fine example from this less well-known Herkimer quartz "diamond" locale. The sharp terminations and crystal forms are stunning in their simplicity. The vertical. doubly terminated crystal is water-clear, without internal crazing and the horizonal crystal has a nifty fenster-like internal feature, adding pizzazz. The piece looks fabulous from either side. Complete all-around and in excellent shape. The horizontal crystal has only a very gently bruised tip and the other crystal has one lightly dinged edge.
