Item Description

Splendent, sharp, discrete, metallic-gray, galena octahedrons to 3.6 cm are aesthetically perched on the mounded CABINET limestone matrix covered with lustrous gray calcite rhombs and very sparkly, brassy, chalcopyrite crystals on this outstanding specimen from the famous Sweetwater Mine of Missouri. These are really superb, pristine, galena octos and can be viewed from many different angles. For larger, isolated, galena octahedrons, this is one of the finest Viburnum Trend specimens, that I have seen. Very choice material from the noted George Feist Collection # 2844. Valued at $900-1000
