Superb bi-colored Fluorite (2016 find)

A superb small cabinet fluorite cuboctahedron from the limited 2016 find at this obscure iron and manganese mine in Hunan Province. The gorgeous grass-green gem crystal has dramatic dense stepped-growth faces, that lead up to the two water-clear cube faces with the fantastic floating purple phantoms in the interior. The shard of drusy quartz on one side is a super accessory and contrast. Purple fluoresence. Most specimens from the find were very large and small cabinets of this exceptional quality were RARE. Valued at $2000 and worth it.
