Item Description
One of the most exceptional things I have seen from the United States is Sunstone from Oregon. This material comes in a myriad of colors ranging from yellow, orange, red, green and even blue in rare cases. Aside from the the extremely rare blue variety, the most hard to find color of this material in good size stones is red. This stone has a beautiful bicolor "champagne" and pastel rose-pink appearance, which is rare in my experience with this material. This stone is a very nice quality, "Concave Cushion" cut gem. Typically, many of the stones from this area have what is called a "shiller" which is a shimmer in the stone, but this stone is nearly eye clean. Don't miss ouf on this great U.S. gemstone.
