Item Description
One of the most exceptional things I have seen from the United States is Sunstone from Oregon. This material comes in a myriad of colors ranging from yellow, orange, red, green and even blue in rare cases. Aside from the the extremely rare blue variety, the most hard to find color of this material in good size stones is red. This stone has a beautiful bicolor pale peach pink and pale greenish-blue bicolor appearance, which is rare in my experience with this material. This stone is a very nice quality, "Concave Trillion" cut gem. Typically, many of the stones from this area have what is called a "shiller" which is a shimmer in the stone. This stone is actually eye clean, which is uncommon, and it looks very nice in any kind of light. Don't miss ouf on this great U.S. gemstone.
