Item Description
One of the most exceptional things I have seen from the United States is Sunstone from Oregon. This material comes in a myriad of colors ranging from yellow, orange, red, green and even blue in rare cases. Aside from the the extremely rare blue variety, the most hard to find color of this material in good size stones is red. This stone has a "champagne" hue, which is most common for the material. This stone is a very nice quality, "Checkerboard Baguette Cushion" cut gem. Typically, many of the stones from this area have what is called a "shiller" which is a shimmer in the stone. This stone is actually eye clean and looks very nice in any kind of light. A very attractive larger sized Oregon Sunstone.
