Item Description
One of the most exceptional things I have seen from the United States is Sunstone from Oregon. This material comes in a myriad of colors ranging from yellow, orange, red, green and even blue in rare cases. Aside from the the extremely rare blue variety, the most hard to find color of this material in good size stones is red. This stone has a "champagne" hue with a pink-peach overtone. This stone is a very nice quality, hard to find, "Trillion" cut gem. Typically, many of the stones from this area have what is called a "shiller" which is a shimmer in the stone caused by Copper inclusions. This stone has just a slight amount of "shiller" which gives the stone a metallic appearance. This material is becoming very difficult to find in any size or quantity, so don't miss out on this one.
