Item Description

Luscious, glassy, isolated, canary-yellow, sulfur crystals are richly scattered on the matrix covered with spherical aggregates of tiny, tan aragonite spikes on this showy and excellent combination specimen from the famous mines of Sicily. The largest crystals are 1.6 cm long. The trivial bit of periphery wear is certainly a modest detraction to this classic specimen. The aragonite fluoreseces pink under LW UV light and white under SW UV light.
