Item Description
This is a classic piece from this well-known limestone locality in Michigan. This miniature sized piece is a well-formed, attractive, vibrant yellow colored, doubly-terminated crystal measuring, free of matrix. The Sulfur crystal glows with color when backlit, and the surface of the crystal has a gentle bit of etching, showing a slight chatoyancy, creating a very pleasing effect. There is a contact on the underside, but the rest of the piece is in great shape. A really eye-catching example of these now hard to find pieces.
