Item Description

This is a rich thumbnail specimen filled with sugilite in both crystals (micros to about 1 mm) and a fibrous uncrystallized style as well, providing color background. A fine reference specimen of crystallized sugilite, rare in nature and only found here, in a couple of historic pockets.
