Item Description

RARE and sculptural strontianite from the famous Minerva Mine. Dark brown bitumen has saturated the dramatic diverging sprays of needle strontianite crystals. The few noted broken tips certainly have negligible impact to the overall outstanding quality of this very fine rarity. Ex Ross Lillie Collection # 1444 and mined in August, 1990. The striking form and color of this rare exceptional included strontianite is remarkable.
