Item Description
Bubbly, botryoidal, bi-colored strontianite forms a scuptural, large, 3-dimensional specimen. The tan outer layer coats translucent, amber to opaque, ivory strontianite botryoids. The encircled matrix really adds color and character to this large specimen from an obscure Washington locale. Bruising and periphery wear are noted, but this remains a large and highly representative example of the species and locale. Seldom on the market.
