Item Description

A striking and RARE old-time combination from the famous Minerva No. 1 Mine. Ten tan balls of glassy strontianite needles are very aesthetically clustered and scattered on the massive baryte matrix plate. Strontianite and baryte combos are very rare and this is an exceptional example from the Ross Lillie Collection # 2320. Mined in calculated late 1950s-early 60s. Pastel-yellow and white fluorescence.
