From what is arguably the premier Strontianite locality in the world, here we have a brilliant matrix display specimen. It features a gorgeous "flower"-shaped "burst" of pale pink orthorhombic Strontianite crystals on matrix. The piece is very aesthetic and showy with virtually no damage to the Strontianite crystals. They are also rather lustrous, and somewhat gemmy, and they don't have that irritating bronw coating that so many from this locality can have (which is nearly impossible to remove without destroying the underlying Strontianite).
