Striking DT Quartz (Nowakowski Coll.)

Item Description

An amazing, old-time quartz crystal from this well-known and extinct locality. The water-clear, tapered, doubly terminated, floater crystal has an incredible, naturally healed, offset repair at one end! Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a bit of bruising to the back of the double termination at the other end. Fascinating and perhaps unique quartz from the Robert Nowakowski Collection. Previously in the Edna Doughty Collection and probably dates to the 1950s or 60s.
