Item Description
A superb cluster of three stokesite balls, from the late 1990s finds of this very rare tin-containing species that was brought out by the late, great Luis Menezes. While many were included and look sandy or dull, these are bright, sparkling, and do not look like a rare ugly species by any means! Since many examples from this find are half spheres on matrix, or full spheres but singles or floater clusters...this has a matrixy look which makes it, overall, a beautiful and competition worthy thumbnail. Few tin-containing species ever look beautiful and showy. This find, or rather several finds over years at this deposit, have clearly produced the world's best of species.
