The famous basalt quarries near Jalgaon have produced a stunning variety of beautiful zeolite specimens and this is an excellent CABINET example. A striking cluster of pearlescent, tan, stilbite crystals rests on a shard of basalt matrix. The impressive, large stilbite bowtie is 10.5 cm across. The two, large stilbites are complete all-around and pristine. Hidden in a vug on the left side are a few glassy, gem-like, colorless, apophyllite crystals. The frontal view is pristine. The bit of contacting on one side is out of sight. Impressive material from this classic locale. Very fairly valued at $750. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
