Stilbite on Quartz (Soregaroli Coll.)

Item Description

Lustrous, translucent, light salmon-pink, stilbite blades, to 3.8 cm, beautifully accent this imposing large specimen of drusy quartz stalactites. Most of the stilbites are doubly terminated. Complete all-around and in great shape. The front is pristine. The tall stalactite was contacted by the roof of the vug. The broken stalactites on the back reveal the filled hollow tubes, where the precipitating quartz-rich fluids flowed. Very nifty. Excellent and aesthetic large combination material from the Art Soregaroli Collection.
