Item Description

A rare specimen of Stilbite from the famous Sterling Mine in Franklin, New Jersey. Small tan-beige colored "sheaves" of Stilbite sit on dark greenish-black Hedenbergite with matrix. It's not going to win any prizes on a worldwide scale in terms of Stilbite, but these are RARE from the Sterling Mine. A great piece to add to a reference collection of Franklin minerals.
