Sculptural bladed clusters of lustrous, translucent, honey-yellow stilbite crystals cover the basalt matrix plate on this rich and showy old-timer from famous Wasson's Bluff. The locality is famous for world-class chabazite specimens, another Zeolite species and specimens have been recovered from here for around 150 years. A fine and rich OLD-TIME example from an East Coast collection and comes with century-old, faded and water-stained label. Classic stilbite from Wasson's Bluff.
