Stilbite-(Ca) on Chalcedony

Item Description

A classic display specimen featuring several thick, lustrous, "sword"-shaped prismatic crystals of light peach colored Stilbite-(Ca) aesthetically sitting on Chalcedony stalactites on basalt matrix. The piece is in great shape and the displayability is wonderful. The largest Stilbite measures 5.0 cm. No damage I can find. Indian Zeolite minerals and associated species may still be fairly common on the market, but you cannot deny the fact that they are colorful, attractive, highly displayable and several of them are the finest examples of their respective species extant !
