Item Description
Indian zeolite minerals (and associated species) first started showing up on the market in the 1970s. Since they first appeared, they were instantly recognized as some of the finest (and in many cases the very best) examples of their respective species ever seen. They may still be fairly common on the market, but you cannot deny the fact that they are colorful, attractive, highly displayable with superb crystallization. This cabinet specimen is filled with beautiful groups of soft peach colored Stilbite-Ca crystals with sharp, lustrous, well-formed faces, on minor matrix. The largest individual crystal I can see is actually doubly-terminated and measures 4.0 cm long. No real damage that I can see with the naked eye. Valued $1,500.
