Stichtite is a rare hydrated magnesium, chromium carbonate associated with serpentinites. A rich layer of waxy luster, vivid lavender stichite covers the serpentinite matrix on this showy and excellent old-timer from South Africa. Ex Mullane Collection and comes with an older, faded label.
