Item Description

Silvery-bright, acicular stibnite crystals in dramatic diverging sprays form an excellent two-sided specimen from the famous San Martin Mine, Zacatecas, Mexico. Production from this ancient mine started in 1555, 460 years ago. Both ends are contacted, but this remains a fine and showy example of the species and locale from the 1980s finds. Seldom on the market.
