The White Caps Mine of Nevada is well-known as the source of the finest stibnite found in North America. This extremely fine and sturdy jackstraw cluster, with just a bit of matrix, features brilliant crystals to 3.0 cm. Many of the blades have a striking, light peacock-blue iridescence to them under light. Specimens of this size, richness and quality are rarely available and are highly desired.
